1) What is PlayFlix?
PlayFlix app boasts of Hollywood movies in English and Hollywood dubbed movies in Hindi and in various regional languages like Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam and Bhojpuri. PLAYFLIX also offers hit Korean TV Shows in Hindi. PlayFlix is an app which lets you watch your favourite content in your language. . We have variety of contents serving not only millennial but also family and Kids. We have a wide range of animated movies, series and rhymes. And to point out, we have not left the Cooking content behind. For the first time ever, we have Korean series available in English and Hindi along with K- POP. Well, Even Bhojpuri movies and songs are compiled in our list too. We promise a high quality HD Content with features like creating your own playlist, screen lock while playing etc. Take a tour. PlayFlix is not just entertaining. It is more. Don’t miss out.

2) How do I login to PlayFlix?
If you’re accessing PlayFlix on a Desktop, click on the ‘Sign In’ button located at the top-right corner. If you’re on our Mobile App, please tap the Menu icon (three horizontal bars) to go to ‘Sign In. Then, enter your registered Email ID and password or login using Facebook.
If you’ve not registered yet, then HURRY UP.

3) How do I contact Support Team?
To contact the Support team, go to the ‘Help’ section under ‘Settings’ or from the footer link on our website and submit a question. You can also write to us directly at support@playflix.app. We’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.
 
4) Do I need to Login before I can browse through content?
Not at all. You can explore our vast library anytime and every time. However, to watch the content you’ll have to sign up. But don’t worry, it is worth it.
 
5) How do I add a video to ‘Favourites’?
If you are a registered and subscribed user, you can add videos to the ‘Favourites’ list by clicking on the ‘Heart’ icon on the content details page on the website and App.
 
6)How many videos can I add to ‘Favourites’?

7)How do I discover movie/shows/video on the App and Website?
You can search for any video by tapping on the ‘Search’ icon displayed on the top-right corner of the App and the Website. Or, you can always check out our featured sections to discover new videos.
 
8)Can I leave a video on one device and continue watching it on another device?
Yes, you can! Just make sure you’re logged in with the same account on all devices for a smooth playback experience. Let the entertainment go on and on.

9) How do I enable subtitles on PlayFlix the app and website?
Almost all our shows and movies contain subtitles. Click on the subtitle icon in the player and there you go! Subtitles appear.
 
10) How do I enable my preferred language on PlayFlix the app and website?
Almost all our shows and movies contain different languages. Click on the language icon in the player. YaY!!The actors start speaking your preferred language.
 
Accounts and Settings
1)How do I edit my Profile?
Open the PlayFlix App. You will see a Menu option. Tap on Settings, go to the Accounts tab and the Click Edit Profile.
Note: You cannot change your registered Email Id.

2)How do I recover my password?
Click on ‘Sign in’ located at the top-right corner. You will find a link to “Forgot Password”. Enter your Email ID and Click on the Submit button. A reset password link will be sent to the email you have signed up with. The link will direct you to a page that will prompt you to key in your new password. It was easy, Right.
 

3) I am having trouble logging into my account.
Don’t Worry! We are here to help you. Please check if you’ve entered your Email ID and password correctly. If you’re still having trouble, try resetting your password or contact our support team directly at support@playflix.app

Subscription
4)How can a user request for a refund?
As a policy, PlayFlix does not offer any partial or full refunds. In case if users require any assistance with regards to payments or have any queries/concerns, they can contact us at support@playflix.app.
 
5) Why I am not able to subscribe to PlayFlix?
If you have entered incorrect bank or card details, the transaction will fail due to authentication error. Try again. If you still can’t see the details, please contact our support team  directly at support@playflix.app.
 
6)When will my subscription get activated?
The subscription will be activated Immediately after payment confirmation in our records. If in case, your subscription is not activated the please contact us directly at support@playflix.app.
