Episode 1 (The Prayer)

Ganhojung is a caregiving robot that is taking care of a patient that has been lying unconscious at a nursing hospital for 10 years. Her second responsibility is to take care of the patients daughter Jung-in. Jung in slowly becomes physically and mentally drained as she watches her mother lie in bed with no hope of waking up.The one day, she breaks down after seeing the guardian of the patient next door commit suicide. She is in great despair. Ganhojung notices Jungin is in danger of committing suicide herself and tries everything to help her. However, she asks Ganhojung to take good care of her mother and disappears. Ganhojung falls deep in thought as she waits for Jung in, who doesnt answer her phone. If nothing changes, Jung in will commit suicide, but if her mother dies, Jung in will live. The robot has to decide whether Jung in or her mother will live.
